WANNA MEET PEOPLE?

Running is social. It’s the perfect way to meet people and get fit. You could meet the love of your life, or your next business contact all whilst doing a 5k run.

FOUNDRY Five is a quarterly social and networking event. You get to run a 5K with a curated playlist. After, you get to network with other cool business pros in E17.

What’s the plan?

Meet after work. Come in your running gear. Run 5k along the Wetlands. Have some drinks and socialising afterwards.

Meet some new business contacts or mates.

RUNNER IN CHIEF

Hey I am Garry. I love running, and I love socialising. I lost over 40kg over the past few years, mainly from running then becoming addicted to it.

WHEN?

  • Tuesday 15th April

  • Tuesday 15th July

  • Tuesday 7th October

6pm: Meet at FOUNDRY Walthamstow, located 2 mins away from Blackhorse Road tube.

6:30pm: Set off running for an open and accessible 5k for 30 minutes.

7pm: Back to FOUNDRY Walthamstow for some drinks (soft + hard) and networking.
